• Consistent creamy texture when cooked, not rolled.

Production, packaging and preservation:

• Our potatoes are grown and packaged in the Xunqueira of Ambia, in the region of A Limia.
• These potatoes are exclusively rainfed crop.
• The handling of potatoes is minimal, packing them by hand and avoiding damage by machinery.
• The conservation of potato is completely natural, without using any chemical sprout suppressants.

Availbility of our potatoes:

• Galician potatoes are a seasonal product, and are onli available from mid-September to mid-March.
